Established in 2006, Al Mashriq Trading and Investment is engaged in a diversified range of commercial and investment activities. The Company is well invested in the local equity market, and holds investments in a number of industrial projects as well as in the hospitality industry within the Sultanate of Oman. This combination of equity market activity and industrial and hospitality investment reflects the Company's positioning as an active investment vehicle within the Omani market.

Al Mashriq Hotels and Tourism LLC
Al Mashriq Hotels and Tourism specializes in hotel developments, together with project management and consultancy services. The Company has been involved in a number of projects in and outside Oman, including the Crowne Plaza Sohar, a 5-star, 126-key hotel, and the Sofitel Muscat, for which it carried out the full design development. Its project management assignments span the full project lifecycle, from design through to handover, and include multiple townhouse projects (16 residential units), two mixed-use commercial and residential properties, the major refurbishment of a shopping centre, a large indoor multi-use hall (4,000 m²), two residential buildings, a 12-floor residential building in the UAE, a commercial warehouse development (10,000 m²), and the feasibility and design of a gym complex. The Company also owns and operates the Circle Club gym.

Established in 2015, Al Mashriq Real Estate is a real estate development company based in Oman, committed to providing high-quality, innovative and sustainable real estate solutions to its clients. The Company was established to develop and manage its clients' real estate projects, offering a complete solution that spans feasibility, design, construction, operations, marketing, renovations, refurbishment, letting and maintenance. Its facility management services cover both proactive and reactive maintenance, letting and legal support, and the Company currently manages over two hundred and fifty tenants across a range of property types.
